Learning Communities Website Redux

I had spent a fair bit of time this summer thinking about how to best build an online resource to support the face to face gatherings of the learning communities. I had a pretty robust website set up in Drupal, with groups and categories and pages and blogging and tagging and…

But it was just too unwieldy. So I’m going to try throwing out the more rigidly controlled website, and just use a simple blog. If you want to post, please feel free to join and write anything relating to the learning communities projects (there’s a “Join the Community” link on the right side of this website).

Or, even better, just create a blog of your own and start writing about how you’re practicing inquiry with your students, or trying new teaching strategies, or testing new tools, or anything else… Just tag your posts with “learning communities” and they’ll automatically show up on the central website at http://tags.ucalgaryblogs.ca/tag/learning-communities
